Expertise

1.2 million sq ft on the former London 2012 Olympic site is a big space to fill. Boris Johnson wanted to create a snowpark; our client wanted a tech campus. We gave them the home of a new business revolution — London’s home for making.

Here it is

In collaboration with Publicis Poke and Hawkins\Brown we created a spiritual home for modern makers, both start-ups and established giants. The Here East brand is bold, flexible and expressive. The modern monogram is a disrupted ‘H’ that can be scaled to everything from a mobile screen to a building’s façade.

Made of its makers

Bespoke typography (a collaboration between DNCO, Colophon & Dalton Maag) and an uncompromising attitude reflect the maker aesthetic.

Material differences

Corporate communications are playful while still feeling native to the community that Here East embodies. We created an immersive exhibition as well as wayfinding for the campus.

Getting Here

We also created the livery for Here East's very own shuttle service. Immediately recognisable, the fleet takes the brand out into the Olympic park.

Launch at SXSW

We launched at SXSW in Austin, TX — an environment as revolutionary and disruptive as the Here East brand itself. Honest materials and modular constructions brought the environments to life.
