Your workplace oasis
Dua Two Sudirman will be the only new office tower to emerge in Jakarta in five years. At 331 metres it will reshape the skyline and transform the CBD’s busiest stretch into a workplace oasis. We led the strategy, workplace branding and brand naming.
Your workplace oasis
Jakarta runs at full speed: traffic, crowds and constant motion. Dua offers a different tempo — a place to step out of the rush without leaving the city behind. Set within a complex of beautiful homes, restaurants and retail, a rare urban park and an Andaz hotel, it creates a destination for the next generation.
While the CBD has traditionally competed on height and prestige, Dua shifts the focus to something more valuable: the talent experience. It’s an enlightened version of what an office can be. Abundant light and air sharpen focus, while outdoor terraces offer new perspectives — creating an environment where people feel their best, so businesses can flourish. We distilled this into a single line: your workplace oasis.
Built on duality
Dua, meaning two in Indonesian, is a reference to the two towers and two points of arrival. But the brand naming goes beyond the architecture, it speaks to the juxtaposition of the community. The energy of the city meets the calm of the oasis. Connection meets deep focus. Inspiring views meet grounding nature. And a seamless experience carries you from day into night.
A visual sanctuary
Building on the concept of duality, the visual identity positions Dua as a workplace oasis within the busy city. Drawing on the organic forms of the urban garden, the logo is formed from two overlapping oases — where they meet, they form the letter ‘D’. It’s a simple expression of the worlds coming together in a mark that feels calm and confident at once.
The oasis shape becomes a visual device throughout the identity — cropping and framing content in pairs. Layered over texture, it adds depth; blurred, it creates a focused atmosphere; outlined, it frames specific elements. In motion, the shapes move with a breath-like fluidity, giving the identity a feeling that is both restorative and alive.
Edge and ease
The typeface borrows from the building’s own architecture: sharp diagonal cuts lifted from the terraces, offset by rounder, organic curves. The colour palette follows the same logic: the site’s natural, muted tones set against brighter, more vibrant hues, visualising the duality of the space.
Launching Jakarta’s visionary garden tower
DNCO continues as brand guardians, supporting wayfinding, film, social media strategy and launch materials. Dua Two Sudirman is set to redefine the office market in Jakarta, and attract international companies seeking an HQ building in the city’s most coveted address. Special thanks to our local partners Forward on the print collateral and build of the teaser website alongside Seeds Motion on the brand film.
“Our project was DNCO’s first in Indonesia. Their Indonesian team members brought useful local knowledge, but what we valued most was their methodology to help us work out what could really set the development apart. They didn’t settle for the first answer and stayed with us until we found the right direction for the project.”
