Designs for a district

Design-loving property developer Derwent London has for years strategically invested in various overlooked London villages with visionary regeneration and redevelopment potential. As their Fitzrovia portfolio grew, so did the desire to ensure that the character and wellbeing of this heritage corner be preserved and enhanced appropriately, so together with local businesses they forged an alliance called The Fitzrovia Partnership.

The brand identity is clean and contemporary, and demonstrates the partnership’s aims while reflecting the vibrant and eclectic characteristics of Fitzrovia. Semi-transparent layers of graphic images are paired with wordplay to illustrate what you can expect to find in this colourful and creative corner of London. A brand spirit book also communicates the vision of the partnership to new partner companies, and was launched together with a full suite of stationery.

The Fitzrovia Partnership was successfully converted into a Business Improvement District (BID) in 2012.
