Major US developer Hines set out to revolutionise student accommodation in the UK and Europe through a significant new start-up. With only one month before students would move into their first site for the semester, DNCO oversaw the end-to-end creation and launch of the Aparto brand.

Be a part of it

The Aparto brand celebrates the independence of apartment living and the sense of belonging in a community you are “a part of”. By playing with the words ‘apartment’ and ‘a part of’ we created a unique and memorable name to set the business apart in the market.

Playful graphic language

People are at the heart of Aparto — as they come together, so the component parts of the identity come together to express the concept of community. The brand has been applied across print, digital and signage with a UK-wide rollout underway.
