This collection of luxury apartments from Eric Parry Architects combines contemporary architecture with original Portland stonework on London’s street of gentlemen. Marketing reflects the quality values of the old with the design brilliance of the new.

With local heritage in crafted fashion goods, the graphic identity and marque take inspiration from sewn buttons – exemplary of fine detailing and hallmarks of true luxury craftsmanship – but boldly expressed in yellow and black. The brochure contains differing paper sizes, formats and stocks, similarly referencing the tactile and bespoke qualities of Jermyn Street shirtmaking. 

Much more than a street, ‘Twenty of the best’ is a additional booklet that also details the richness of dining, shopping and cultural life in the area, accompanied by watercolour illustrations.
