About you

We are looking for a smart, highly organised and commercially-minded individual with an interest in places and culture. We need someone with 5+ years experience, ideally in an agency environment, with knowledge of running complex stakeholder branding projects as well as working in digital, print, environmental and more. Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Director will join a team of 5 others in the growing Client Services team and will be solely responsible for the running of their own key accounts in the studio.

Purpose of the role

The account director is the key client contact and driving force behind each account. They are responsible for building and developing client relationships, reinforcing the strategic and creative solutions and ensuring project profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Uncover and champion client's needs, ambitions and
  • objectives
  • Understand the client’s expectations for the project and translating that into a clear brief
  • Ensure adequate strategic and design support is resourced
  • Oversee project timelines and agree and communicate key milestones with clients
  • Ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with approved budget
  • Coordinate, drive agenda and attend progress meetings
  • Present new design work alongside the Strategy Director and Creative Director
  • Capture client feedback, ensure amends are made and obtain approvals
  • Liaising with a wide range of project stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, agendas and contact reports
  • Oversee large marketing budgets and tracking profitability
  • Oversee all print and other production processes in collaboration with the Production Assistant/Project Manager
  • Clearly communicate client's objectives with colleagues and drive development of timely solution
  • Provide strategic analysis to help shape client's business

Please note that the role is currently London-based in our studio. However, we are currently working remotely up to 2 days per week.
